DAY 1

Skills Development

The process begins with measurement.

Before development, we define where the athlete currently stands.

  • Ergometric Athlete Assessments (Morning Session)
  • Warm-Up & Activation
  • Ball Handling
  • Finishing in the Paint
  • Shooting
  • performance indicators evaluation
  • movement assessment

This structure creates clarity and removes guesswork from training.

DAY 2

Defense

Following the initial assessment, the environment shifts into high-intensity execution. Training becomes targeted, intentional, and measurable, focusing on the integration of tactical skills with physical and mental output.

We simulate elite-level demands to ensure every repetition translates into a competitive advantage.

DAY 3

Offense

Τhis day is all about translating skills into real performance.

Athletes will compete in game-speed situations, improve decision-making under pressure, and develop the leadership mentality that separates great players from great competitors.
